Amala Paul‘s boyfriend Jagat Desai turned the actor’s 32nd birthday into a special one by proposing to her. Jagat took to Instagram to share a video of the proposal where he put up a dance performance before getting down on one knee. Amala, who looked surprised, said ‘yes’ and kissed her fiance.

The video is shot at a resort in Goa where the couple is currently vacationing. Sharing the clip, Jagat called Amala his ‘Gypsy Queen’.


According to reports, Jagat Desai is from Goa and works as a manager in a popular luxury villa in the state. Amala Paul and Jagat have been dating for a while now. Only a few weeks ago, the couple made their relationship public by sharing a picture on Instagram.

Amala Paul, who is known for films like Mynaa, Deiva Thirumagal, Velaiilla Pattadhari, Thalaivaa and Aadai, made her acting debut with Neelathamara (2009). She later shot to fame with the controversial movie Sindhu Samaveli. The actor dated and married director AL Vijay. The couple divorced after three years due to compatibility issues.
