Vela Malayalam Movie 2023 Review

A movie which  keeps your  mind occupied till the end.Edge of a seat thriller. A great visual treat.
From the start,  it seizes our attention from the main issue of drug trafficking and drug pedlers and their network by side plots like the personal life of an involved police officer.
 The wife of the respective police officer being the victim of severe slow poisoning  and eventually leading to the deterioration of her health.The involving police officer being cold blooded, as he cremates the body of a boy who exposes the big drug network . 
A young and vibrant police officer having posted in the control room sets out to find the truth and succeeds, while his enemies tries to take the life of his girlfriend.All the major events of the story, takes place in the district of  Palakkad,  during the religious festival of  the Vela.
The background score by Sam C S was amazing .The direction by Shyam Sasi was superb. Gripping story and dialogues.Good camera works, editing and music.A must watch movie.
